My Story

I'm a training and education professional with over 40 years of technical and academic experience — and I still get a kick out of watching someone finally get it.

I've taught in every kind of room there is: the formal classroom, mobile learning, and blended environments. Technical subjects, academic subjects, leadership, safety — if people need to learn it, I've probably taught it.

The most important lesson of my career: people learn in different ways and at different paces. Trainers who ignore that are just talking at a room. I build every program around the people in it — their experience, their pace, their reality.

That's why I started CIDCO Consulting Services: to do training the way I believe it should be done. Customized, personal, and measurable — in worker safety, engagement, and productivity. Training built for your team, not pulled off a shelf.

When you work with me, you get me — no junior associates, no subcontractors. I answer my own phone, I learn your team before I teach them a thing, and I stick around until the results show up.
